AI ChatBot Tutors
Software is configurable.
Whatever dehumanized dystopian world you can imagine being produced by means of using Artificial Intelligence (AI), I can give you examples of how you are already using AI, and benefiting from its results.
New AI Chatbots are receiving a lot of attention & are prompting a renewed campaign for automated teaching aids. What’s the upside for a school using Duolingo to supplement language instruction, or Khan academy for brushing up on Mathematics?
While shining a light on AI has produced a ton of verbiage on The Internet, our discussions around AI have to become less obtuse. If we focus on the underlying algorithms, we miss the point about the immediate need for responsible stewardship of AI.
Our software will ultimately serve us, instead of the other way around. We can begin by imaging a world where digital citizens will grant permissions to companies, organizations & individuals to access their data. This creation of a neutral regulation of exchange is vital to the future of The World Wide Web.

A Pile Of Small Cut Flowers
As I walked through the farmer's market this morning...a tray of small cut flowers caught my eye - I wondered what they are used for - there were 30 of them each were no bigger than a quarter - perhaps you put them as a fancy garnish on a plate of cheese - my first inclination (as usual) was to put them in my mouth but I decide to photograph their beauty instead.
Shot in Union Square with the sun behind me.

Rock Hound
How can this be a rock? Crazy lace agate is only found in areas of northern Mexico. The three crazy lace pendants that I had in my Etsy shop sold quickly after I opened; and they sold even though I didn’t find the stone and included that in the description. So, on my way back from the Soo a few weeks ago I stopped at Kingsley North lapidary shop in Norway, MI and bought a few pounds of raw crazy lace agate. After hammering and chiseling away at the raw stone, and then doing the final cutting and shaping on the tile saw, I’m ending up with some nice pieces. If these polish up as nicely as my previous ones did, they should end up being beauties.
